This is a blog about homebrewing, some other related diy projects, and anything fermentation related, really. A slight focus on terroir and experimental brewing hopefully will come through, aiming to utilize local ingredients to the fullest, while pushing boundaries and perceptions on what exactly is a delicious fermented product.

  1. Well written.
I am amazed that you got a noticable flavour with only two dragon fruit. I think it would be cool to mix white and red,as the flavour in the red fruit is more intense and the colour contribution would be mind blowing.
